What it will include

  • Settings: stokvel name, contribution amount, frequency, start month, number of members and payout type (rotating, year-end split or grocery)
  • Members list
  • Contributions: a 12-month grid marking paid, late or missed, with arrears and a compliance percentage
  • Payout schedule: the rotation with dates and amounts
  • Fines log
  • Year-end split: contributions minus fines, shared pro rata
  • Treasurer summary: printable, ready to share in the WhatsApp group

Please note: this is a record-keeping tracker only. It does not include a stokvel constitution, agreements or loan/interest calculations, because those are legal and credit matters.

We're aiming to launch it before the December payout season.
